Your responsibilities
Participation in the creation, implementation and improvement of the sales strategy
Managing sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls
Setting individual sales targets
Looking for new clients for furniture projects
Creating and selection of appropriate commercial and marketing activities to maximize sales results
Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Presenting sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Participation in creating, implementation and improvement of marketing strategy & budget
Frequent customer visits, participation in trade shows, conferences and maintain customer relation
Participation in costing process, preparation of offer packages and offers evaluation,
Reviewing of contracts
Completing registrations in trading platforms and customer purchasing platforms
Contract negotiations
Our requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Wood technology, construction, civil engineering field
3 years of experience in international sales related to the construction industry
Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager
Technical knowledge in the field of furniture, interior outfitting, furniture technology
Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Able to communicate and write clearly in English, Polish.
Availability for frequent traveling
Experience with contract reviewing
Experience with reading technical documentation
Optional
Able to communicate in German, French, Spanish will be additional advantage
