Your responsibilities

  • Prepare commercial proposals and technical specifications to meet clients’ Request for Quote (RFQ) requirements

  • Lead technical and commercial proposal development for small projects with limited supervision

  • Provide technical guidance in the preparation, review, and final commercial proposal generation to client

  • Effectively communicate these requirements to the clients and internal engineering team

  • Create a network of commercial and technical evaluator relationships with clients and vendors to define integrated solutions and build a pipeline of potential business within the MV/HV/renewable solutions

  • Compile annual, quarterly, monthly business expansion plans and marketing plans, and organize implementation to complete sales target at each stage. Plan includes sales goals, touch points, key actions etc.

  • Maintain of good business relationships with customers like power and electric companies and project, utilities, EPC and engineering companies, installation companies etc., creating contracts and setting up business conditions.

  • Conduct customer visits, business negotiations, coordinate project bidding, and maintain target customer relationships according to business requirement.

  • Cooperate with partners and the company's fulfilment department to conduct technical clarification and confirmation, coordinate local installation and commissioning with the customer.

  • Control of accounts receivable, be responsible for receiving the payment to start and proceed the project and clear all payment after the project is completed based on contract.

  • Fulfil other tasks assigned by the company or necessary activities to complete the projects and sales targets.

  • Attend regular meetings with the company management (also with Chinese), reporting.

Our requirements

  • Electrical Engineering background.

  • strong understanding of tendering business, utilities, and large projects and is an energetic and enterprising sales person.

  • minimum 3 years experience and a proven track record from technical sales of power transmission and distribution products, preferably with experience of power meter business with utilities.

  • positive and out-going attitude and the capability of working both independently and in a team.

  • self-motivated, goal-oriented professional with a structured working style and diplomatic approach to customers.

  • High-energy, creative and resourceful self-starter who demonstrates project coordination skills and instincts.

  • Advanced English language skills.

  • knowledge of IT tools (MS Office and CAD) and a strong sense of responsibility.

  • professionalism and experience with project management is a must.
