Job Description

Sales Manager works actively to search for new Customers for Contract Manufacturing and Contract Engineering Services that SteriPack offers for medical device and pharmaceutical  industry. His/her job includes all activities from both sales and product management areas from targeting to winning Customers and providing the best post-sales Service.

Responsibilities

Sales/Product Management related:

  1. Actively search for new Customers- full responsibility for assigned Western-European region:
  • Plan, organize and realize sales calls and visits,
  • Maintain and develop sales d-base
  • Organize mailing
  1. Prepare Quotations and Cost Calculations
  • Search for inquires
  • Specify inquiry details with the Customer
  • Prepare tailor made costing models
  • Prepare and present a quote to the Customer
  • Negotiate contracts
  1. Implement Projects
  • Monitor commercial side of project changes
  1. Provide best post-sales service
  • Assure best customer service with on-going deliveries
  • Maintain and update price lists
  • Follow up on project changes
  1. Create good relationship to our existing and potential Customers

Qualification and Experience

  • Min 5 year experience in sales and/or product management in international environment
  • Fluent English, speaking and writing, with business English command
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Experience in Contract Manufacturing or Private Label industry is preferred
  • Readiness to travel
  • Higher education (economics or technical)
  • High communication skills
  • Ability to work under time pressure
  • Responsive, precise, accurate
  • Analytical mind
  • Multitasking and flexibility
  • Understanding of German would be an advantage
