Execute sales strategies to meet all requirements while achieving revenue, profit goals and customer satisfaction
Lead company sales and external distribution partners (Reps and Agents) to achieve topline and bottom-line objectives
Collaborate closely with regional management to ensure consistent alignment
Integrate and Execute Sales, Service, Application, Marketing and Product Line Initiatives for optimal commercial success within the regional sales organization
Identify, develop and execute business opportunities
Align the sales organization’s objectives through active participation in regional strategic planning, sales strategy development, forecasting, sales resource planning and budgeting
Support selection the most efficient sales channel set up in the country
Meet assigned targets for sales volumes, market share and local profit contribution Ensure that overall as well as product line targets and targets related to System Sales and After Market are met.
Implement and execute the Sales Excellence Program (SEP) and maintain the CRM-System in the light of increased sales efficiency, collaboration and competitive intelligence (i.e. win/loss analysis, competitive mapping, etc.)
Be accountable for the local revenue
Personally drive and support Sales to dedicated Key Customers
Ensure execution of initiatives are implemented consistent with divisional and regional strategy
Establish and maintain productive relationships with customers and prospects
Minimum 5 years of Sales and experience in a business-to-business environment, best case capital equipment.
Strong operational sales competence
Electronics - / High Tech - / Semiconductor industry
Relevant degree in technology/business administration or marketing
Ability to establish and execute sales plans and management targets
Skilled communicator – both written and verbal, including formal presentations
Exceptional sales professional
Data skills – analysis, synthesis, reporting
Keen on continuously grasping new opportunities
