Reporting to the Sales Manager of the Civil Division, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets (turnover and new products) and developing your sales territory. In doing so, you will rely on a strong sales and marketing support (fixed office staff for documentation, sending samples, preparing quotations, processing orders, etc.).
This position requires a strong ability to travel throughout the territory with a high field sales presence in contact with end users and customers, through product demonstrations, training, trade shows and various events.
Marketing and development of our range of soil erosion control, slope stabilisation systems and our range of fixings for landscapers.
Distribution of our solutions to clients through their engineering departments in the public and private sectors (German Railways, Motorways, Water Management Association...).
Accompanying building and civil engineering companies in the use of our solutions following the award of a contract
Carrying out reference projects to promote awareness of our innovative solutions
Researching key market and competitor information to identify potential new distributors and innovations
Visiting key customers to sell our solutions and build a relationship
Reporting on your activity (CRM, visits, market data,...)
You are resident in the sales area
You have completed technical or commercial training or studies
You are well organised and able to work independently and have good relationship and analytical skills.
Ambition to sell an innovative and unique product
Experience in B-to-B sales, ideally with technical products for the Civil sector.
Organised and persistent with an excellent sense of relationships and team spirit
Basic knowledge of the English language an advantage
