Your responsibilities

  • Meeting or exceeding territory sales goals,

  • Negotiating contracts with prospective clients,

  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports,

  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients,

  • Understanding and promoting company programs,

  • Obtaining balance of payment from clients,

  • Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders,

  • Visiting clients to evaluate needs and promote solutions and services,

  • Maintaining and develope client records,

  • Answering market needs around solutions, prices and availability.

Our requirements

  • Master’s degree in business or related field,

  • 5 years of experience in sales with proven succes track record,

  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics,

  • Excellent command in English - written and verbal communication,

  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build partnerships with customers,

  • Competency in Microsoft technologies: power applications, Azure,

  • Able to work comfortably in a fast growing environment.


  • Experience in sales of MS techology stack,

  • Experinece in sales within international organisation.

Our company is looking for a Sales Manager to be responsible for generating business and meeting sales goals on the defined territory. Duties will include development of the sales team, presentations and offering demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients, reporting to Director of Sales.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to be positive, have a deep understanding of the sales team motivation drivers, sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in sales and business development roles are the key.
