In your new role you will take a full responsibility for a Retail (DIY chains) department sales budget accomplishment, reporting directly to the Regional Manager Russia & CEE and becoming a local unit Management Team member. To achieve the set target you will be in charge of negotiations with existing Clients as well as gaining new ones, taking care of couple inner brands. Basing on your continuous analysis of the market, competitors and customers you will decide on appropriate strategies and successfully implement action plans. As a head of the sales department, one of your major responsibilities will be day to day team management.
To be successful on this particular position you should present several years’ B2B channel sales experience with a proven track record in Key Account Management in Retail channel (practice in cooperation with DIY chains is highly appreciated). You ought to possess analytical mind and excellent negotiation skills combined with practice gained in this area in a modern trade. Previous team leading experience will be a strong asset. Being a part of the international organization, You must fluently communicate in English, while command of German language will be a serious advantage.
