Your responsibilities

▪ Generating leads, preparing offers, negotiating contracts, closing deals, and following up on the client’s requests

▪ Making presentations to project managers, senior managers, and decision-makers

▪ Negotiating contracts and close agreements to maximize profits

▪ Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships

▪ Reporting on sales activities and account status in CRM

▪ Looking for opportunities to develop our products in implemented projects

▪ Supporting in improving the offered business products

▪ Participating in strategy planning

▪ Achieving sales and profitability targets

▪ Coordinating development of action plans to penetrate new markets and new channels

▪ Planning and execution of customer visits on regular basis

▪ Searching new potential partners on selected markets,

▪ Cooperating with Project Managers in case of projects (preparing all necessary documentations),

▪ Direct work with a Department Manager

Our requirements

▪ You are well-organised and have good communication skills that enable you to build relationships with customers

▪ You are empathetic and open to customer’s needs and expectations.

▪ You have analytical skills that will help you penetrate a market and monitor our competitors

▪ You are stress-resistant and can work on in a demanding market

▪ You want to work as a team-player to increase the quality of our products and set new standards in digital transformation of parking.

▪ You love learning and have a creative approach to establishing business relationships

▪ You live in Warsaw or Silesia

▪ You are available for business trips (60/40)

We’re looking for someone who has:

▪ Experience as Sales Manager in B2B segment

▪ Good verbal and written English skills (B2), as we work in multicultural team and cooperate with foreign partners

▪ Strong orientation towards sales, negotiations, business development, growth with an entrepreneurial spirit

▪ Bachelor’s degree

▪ Good knowledge of Office / Google Workspace

▪ Driving license

▪ Availability for business trips (60/40)

We will also appreciate:

▪ Familiarity with Asana

▪ Experience in the IT sector will be an advantage
