Delivery of sell out in Poland by brand with the ultimate goal to gain defined KPIs.
Delivery of sell in of independents perfumeries through reporting team.
Management of selling budget by brand.
Primary contact with Retailers’ Operations teams (i.e. Sales Director, Regional Managers).
Watching the market diligently to capture business opportunities for the Brands.
Close collaboration with Brand Mangers to deliver sell out and implement Brands’ strategy in field.
Cooperation with Education Manager to provide training and coaching for Sales Team in order to maximize KPIs.
Analyzing the effectiveness of the Sales Force Teams. Providing conclusions and recommendations of potential changes. Responsible for its implementation withing agreed frames.
Cooperation with VM & SD Manager to assure proper VM execution in stores.
Being Leader of Virtual Selling (VS) among Sales Team. Strong cooperation with Affiliate VS Lead and the brands to assure consistency and max. effectiveness.
Analysis of available SF tools and processes (including bonus schemes, reporting tools and processes). Recommends changes and improvements. Responsible for its implementation withing agreed frames.
