The main task of the person in this position will be to sell a specialized service in the field of commercial property management - more specifically, a service that is a tool for reducing operating costs in commercial buildings, reducing budget deficits and positively influencing property values. In addition to effective sales, responsibilities include negotiating agreements with clients, finalising contracts and actively participating in the process of creating cost-saving solutions for commercial projects (shopping centres, office buildings).
