    Our client is an european key player in the field of system manufacturers in the building material industry (insulation). Due to the positive development worldwide our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced:
    Sales Manager (f/m) 
    Baltic States/Poland/Belarus
    The purpose of the position is to establish our client’s products as a strong and high-quality brand in the respective markets (system manufacturers building industry & materials/insulation), develop and strenghten the customer base and achieve assigned sales targets.

    Main areas of responsibility:

    • Market analysis and identification of potential clients – key channels and targets in region of the Baltic States, Poland as well as Belarus
    • Setting targets and planning sales activities to key groups within the above countries
    • Managing customers/ distributors, building client relationships and providing advisory relating to the use and advantages of our client‘s products & solutions
    • Managing proposals, presentations & sales contracts
    • Budgeting, reporting

    Your skills and qualification:

    • Solid track record of sales and buiness development in der above regions within the building material industry (preferably Insulation systems)
    • Higher or professional education, preferably in field of economic or technology (e.g. building or materials science)
    • Self-driven, result-oriented, mature personality, willing to work independently and make decisions
    • Developed service orientation and customer focus, high quality of work
    • Developed negotiating and communication skills
    • Good knowledge of English, Baltic and/or Polish language (oral/written)
    • Flexible and ready to travel in the regions
