Support for Sales and Brand & Shopper Activation Teams in the area of reporting, analysis & planning, process improvement
Support Field Force Management tool (Emigo), processes and KPIs setting/tracking
Providing insights and recommendations based on sales, market data & sales force effectiveness analysis.
Preparing regular and ad hoc integrated data mining and analyses for commercial team to identify market opportunities 9sales data, market data)
Preparing dashboards, reports and business cases to support operations & strategy of the Commercial Team
Supporting, implementation and continuous development of tools and applications facilitating business processes
Min 2 years of experience in analytical area
Strong business focus is essential for this position. Good understanding of FMCG or OTC market is a plus
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (including complex functions, VBA) is a must
SAP and Emigo SFA would be an advantage
Ability to use and implement Business Intelligence solutions (e.g. Power BI)
Experience with market data analysis is a plus (Nielsen, IQVIA, PEX)
Analytical thinking and ability to formulate relevant conclusions
A professional and persuasive attitude
Excellent English and Polish (written and verbal)
