Job Summary:

Reporting to the CEO, the incumbent will serve as an integral member of the management team with responsibility for growing revenue through effective marketing and sales management. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and a results-driven approach, be a Sales and Marketing industry expert with a proven track record of producing strong results for companies in a high growth mode.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with Supervisor in determining functional performance goals and expectations
  • Manages sales and marketing operations
  • Translates strategic objectives into annual operating plans with KPI's to monitor progress
  • Builds, creates and delivers Go-To-Market plans and processes that are measurable and dynamic
  • Works with internal teams to efficiently take inputs and overlay them with sales and marketing priorities to deliver high-quality outputs that enhance customer experience and simultaneously maximize company revenue and profitability
  • Analyzes market positioning, messaging, and win/loss data to alter the course as needed and advise at a strategic level on trends
  • Represents the organization externally in matters related to areas of responsibility
  • Performs other assign duties as needed

Required Competencies:

  • 7+ years of related experience in fast growing company (-ies) including at least 3 years in e-commerce industry
  • 3 years of experience in managing of social media marketing including acquiring and cooperation with KOL
  • 3 years of experience in designing user experience for products for beauty and/or dentist industry
  • Strong personal communication and readiness to grasp insights directly from customers (beauty, dentist, plastic surgery)
  • Experience in managing team of natives sales representative in WEC (West European Countries)
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics and experience in using marketing data to identify growth opportunities and drive business decisions
  • A proven track record of developing successful, innovative and cost - effective sales and marketing plans that produce results
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex subject matter and translate into accessible marketing programs and presentations using a variety of communication vehicles
  • Fluent English to perform job tasks
  • Exceptional problem solving, decision making and analytical skills
