Coordinate with stakeholders from the USA and Switzerland to support them at building sales tools.
Work with partners on the Division Marketing team to coordinate physical development of tools, and with commercial organizations to validate the tools and results.
Be a knowledge specialist on creating good sales tools, and, with the Head of Division Marketing, guide stakeholders to create strong tools.
Coordinate the development of tools, as well as build sales tools on your own, with validation from stakeholders.
Be the primary owner for the Sales Enablement Tool (SET) for the PRO Division. You will be responsible for validating content going into SET, ensuring appropriate tagging, and managing the upload, cleanup and enhancement processes related to SET.
2-3 years of professional experience in marketing or sales field. 1-2 years of experience in sales, inside sales or telesales in a B2B, value-selling environment will be preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel. Knowledge of Access would be an asset.
Proficiency in English, with excellent written English skills.
Very good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Ability to create new ideas for campaigns and to think “out-of-the-box”.

The Marketing Content Specialist on the PRO Division Marketing Team is responsible for supporting the planning and development processes for the portfolio of sales tools.
What are the sales tools at Mettler-Toledo?
Sales tools are used to promote and sell METTLER TOLEDO's Process Analytics equipment. Sales tools including: customer presentations, internal quick-references, ROI calculators, competitive comparisons and sales questions. Our Sales Teams will use those tools to convert leads through our sales funnel, from prospect, to quote to order. This role will occasionally support the development of customer-facing value content.
