    About the role:
     
    The Sales Operations Analyst Consumer EEN role is to provide support to Consumer PBU through Support and facilitate the Consumer sales processes enabling to reach the Cluster targets. Within the Consumer S&OP process be the central driver for all demand shaping activities with the Supply Chain team
     
    In this position the person will be also responsible for capturing market-back demand signal through customer facing organization as input for the sales view in Demand Planning in scope of S&OP, AOP and RvsCC cycles.
     
    Key tasks and responsibilities:
    • Analyzing available data and deliver a reliable feedback
    • Assessing the risks and opportunities of the Cluster's demand plan to drive pro-actively campaigns and opportunities whilst shaping the demand if required
    • Monitoring the market situation through close cooperation with various functions in the organization
    • Aggregate and align country demand plans to the cluster level based on the principles of assumption based planning, plan sufficiency, active mitigation and opportunity management
    • Prepare and lead Country DSO. Be the 'Voice of the Customer' within the whole S&OP cycle
    • On a cluster level, balance demand and supply between countries
    • Lead and execute the overall Cluster 'go-to-market' Channel Strategy
    • Co-pilot in defining the channel strategy with the Country Managers
    • Ensure proper MDP implementation with the countries.

    The Ideal Candidate Profile:

    • Experience in S&OP and Demand Planning process
    • Analytical mind, ability to work with complex data
    • Ability to work in a matrix environment
    • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate with colleagues in both business and technical roles
    • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and drive projects to completion
    • Creativity, innovative, critical thinking
    • Ability to prioritize activities and pursue agreed schedules
    • Interpersonal communication, open to challenges
    • Fluent in English (verbal and in writing)
    • IT:
      • Excel – advanced (with VBA if pssible)
      • Cgnos reports (EDW environment)
