About the project

As Sales Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales processes and systems. Your primarily focus will be on maintaining data quality and integrity in Salesforce, providing support for the revenue and sales operations function, and managing various aspects of our Salesforce and Power BI applications.

Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work with large data sets will be essential in this role. Additionally, you will provide project management support to the marketing team, specifically around customer segmentation and updates of campaign data, and maintaining the linkage between Salesforce and Marketo. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the success of our sales team and help drive our business forward.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide support to the broader revenue and sales operations function, including generating sales reports, analyzing sales data, and identifying trends and insights to drive business performance for forecasting accuracy;

  • Maintain and develop Salesforce layouts, via point and click functionality, and reporting capabilities to align with business requirements and optimize sales processes;

  • Be a power user of the organisations Power BI application, building reports and dashboards to provide meaningful insights to the sales and management teams;

  • Acts as a business analyst between the function and our IT development teams where necessary, being able to articulate business needs into requirements;

  • Ensure data quality and integrity in Salesforce by conducting regular audits, resolving data discrepancies, and implementing data cleansing activities. Research and deploy third party solutions to enrich our existing customer data;

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support activities related to campaign data, sales and lead attribution, accurate data capture and reporting;

  • Establish and maintain the linkage between Salesforce and Marketo to ensure seamless data integration and synchronization.

Our requirements

  • You will have 1+ year of experience of working in a similar role in a sales or finance operations environment and a high-level knowledge of traditional sales process;

  • Proficiency in working with large data sets and a strong eye for accuracy and detail;

  • Medium to advanced level proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, for data analysis and manipulation;

  • Medium to advanced knowledge of Salesforce, possibly as an Administrator or power user. Familiarity with Salesforce Data Loader is a plus;

  • Medium proficiency in using data visualization tools, ideally Power BI, including the ability to code new measures and create public dashboards on an automated refresh cycle;

  • A self-starter, possess an analytical mindset, with the ability to quickly grasp and adapt to new tools, concepts, and technologies;

  • Excellent written and verbal English;

  • Demonstrated ability to be an independent thinker and trouble-shooter.
