Twój zakres obowiązków
Oversees the efforts of Sales back-office processes (quotations, claims, inbound and outbound calls) and teams. Coordinates and ensures the quality and resourcing of the sales back-office teams. Typically requires solid experience in the sales area and good interpersonal skills.
Defines, manages and optimizes the Sales Operations processes and standards for work routine and efficiency. Defines and monitors the Sales KPI's and targets and interacts with different stakeholders to realize targets.
Accountability: Reports to the Country Manager Poland and acts as deputy on its absence. Manages (in)direct a team of 20.
Work Scheduling / Allocation
Coordinates across multiple teams to develop medium-term and/or long-term work schedules that help the organization achieve its priorities and fulfil its business plans.
Client & Customer Management (Internal)
Manage relationships with internal customers and act as their business partner, while typically using support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Improvement / Innovation
Identifies shortcomings, then suggests and implements improvements to existing business practices, while developing and delivering projects or a work stream within the organization's change management program with guidance from senior colleagues.
Manages and delivers required outcomes for a portfolio of projects while reporting to the Country Manager.
Takes responsibility for supporting the overall organizational strategy by developing and delivering operational plans and outcomes for a large portion of the business.
Takes responsibility for implementing the sales strategy for a significant part of the organization, while possibly supporting and/or executing major strategic bids.
Budgeting & Costing
Develops and/or delivers budget plans for own area with guidance from senior colleagues.
Leadership and Direction
Takes responsibility for fulfilling business plans for a significant functional business area by effectively leading a large team.
Takes responsibility for implementing and coordinating performance management systems for a substantial department within the organization.
