CURRENTLY WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Sales Operations Specialist
(location: Kraków, Warszawa, Lublin, Łódź, Wrocław)

We are looking for an analytical, results-oriented person who has a deep understanding of process improvement on the ground operations and quality control to join our newly created Sales & Delivery Operations team.
You will be working directly with a Sales Operations Manager and Operations Team to create and maintain processes related to Contract Management, Sales Operations and Reporting.

Key responsibilities:

  • Understanding and working with a client's documentation such as statements of work, master service agreements, change requests.
  • Translating data from clients' documentation to Salesforce.
  • Ensure day-to-day sales operations comply with internal standards, procedures and operational excellence.
  • Ensure Sales issues are resolved and measures are taken for them to be avoided in the future.
  • Actively participating in business operation meetings and initiating meaningful conversations.
  • Creating and maintaining operational rhythm, establishing and tracking KPIs - forecasting, analyzing, tracking, reporting issues and other key metrics to identify trends, tracking actual progress towards forecasts, help driving new business opportunities and ensuring prompt and proper resolution of business issues with management and Sales team.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Resource Management, Invoicing, Delivery, Sales, HR) to structure business initiatives, developing work plans, analysis, and developing and communicating the final recommendations.
  • Work on manual procedures and solutions as well as areas for automation

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience as a Customer Support, Operations or Sales Specialist, Analyst
  • Prior experience with reporting and analysis in similar environment (Software house, project work)
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to clearly share insights in written and verbal form.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with others outside of reporting authority to achieve shared goals.
  • Ability to resolve problems independently or escalate as needed 
  • Strong organisational skills including the ability to multitask, manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize and delegate while delivering results
  • Experience in Salesforce would be an asset
