For our Client, an international company located in Katowice, we are looking for Dutch speakers interested in the position of Sales and Order Coordinator.
Sales & Order Coordinator with DutchNumer ref.: 192032/6895
Responsibilities:
- managing and processing sales orders and changes,
- providing all the needed information to the customers,
- communicating any changes in order status to the customers in a professional manner,
- liaising with contractors to schedule installation and/or delivery,
- identifying the potential needs of the customers and providing them the best solution.
Requirements:
- very good knowledge of English and Dutch – at least B2 level,
- ability to work independently,
- excellent time management,
- very good interpersonal and customer service skills,
- knowledge of MS Excel.
