Job Overview

A Reporting Analyst in PepsiCo is responsible for providing support for the snacks/beverages sales field through specific analyses and reports, as well as monitoring efficiency.

Because this is a new role in our Kraków center, it offers a unique opportunity for you to capture key know-how as we transition responsibilities to Kraków. Specifically, through direct exposure to the business, you will cooperate closely with key stakeholders to shape the service model, and learn how to identify, design, and document improvement solutions. On top of that, you will build business relationships, and pioneer a new way of working at our Kraków center.


Responsibilities:

As Reporting Analyst you will be responsible for providing support for Snacks/Beverages sales field through specific analyses and reports, monitoring efficiency, key performance indicators, and target achievement level:

  • Providing permanent tracking on DTS (Down to street) and OT (Organized trade) volume, net sales, net selling price, number of active customers, distributions, and VPO (volume per outlet) evaluation

  • Monitoring the implementation status of trade marketing and sales activities

  • Providing tracking on the main KPIs

  • Preparing different type of reports, such as pricing reports, scorecards, promo placements reports, LE reports (by channel & store), MEM (Marketing Equipment Management) tools service reports

  • Monitoring the effectiveness of sales incentives by tracking results during the promotion period


    Initial responsibilities in this role are focused on knowledge capture. It will take up to several months to transition the know-how into our Krakow center until the actual delivery will start.
    In that time, you will have direct exposure to the business unit or sector processes focusing on those that you will become responsible for; you will cooperate closely with key stakeholders to shape the service model; and we encourage you to identify, design, and document improvement solutions. On top of that, you will build business relationships, and pioneer a new way of working at our Krakow center.

Qualifications/Requirements


For a candidate to succeed in this role, she or he will need:

  • Fluent English with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Minimum of 1 year experience providing reporting and analytics to support business goals
  • Very good analytical skills and numeric abilities
  • Demonstrated experience with MS Excel & Commercial Analytics tools
  • Bachelor degree in a related subject, such as Finance, Economics, Mathematics, etc.
