Your responsibilities

  • Sales Reporting:

  • Responsible for the Sales Reporting team; delivering sales performance metrics, insight and analysis to enable the regional Sales leadership to both report and to forecast weekly

  • Own EMEA sales reporting, ensuring a consolidated, consistent approach

  • Own the 12-month sales forecasting process, including updates to the model & leading forecasting meetings with the Sales leaders

  • Play a key role in several regular monthly review meeting presentation decks

  • Sales Commissions:

  • Responsible for the Commissions Management team; working to maximise sales and overlay performance by strategic design and administration of commissions plans leading the team to hit business objectives

  • Managing the monthly payments cycle – taking the Sales Reporting monthly data, using a set model to compare to targets, obtaining requisite approvals, before then passing to HR Payroll

  • Commission Plan development across the business with a Senior Leadership buy-in, modelling and assessment of incentives

Our requirements

  • Ideally previous experience of working in a Finance Sales Operations team

  • A financial education – a finance / accounting / business degree and / or post-graduate

  • Previous staff management experience

  • Experienced in using Excel and also ideally PowerBI for running data analysis and building quantitative models for business decision making

  • Experienced in presenting business and technical content to peers and general audience

  • Demonstrable examples of leading and influencing business partners at all levels

The role

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to develop their career working for a Global technology company, based in either Poland or another EMEA location.

You will be part of a team of 10, split between London, Basingstoke and Poznan with several direct reports.

A key partner to the EMEA Sales Leaders as well as having an integral role within both FP&A and overall EMEA Finance.

The role reports into the Director, Revenue / Sales FP&A, while having key business partnering daily relationships with the key Sales leaders under the EMEA VP, Sales.
