Yara Poland is a dynamic organization within Yara Sales & Marketing Europe. Our main activity is distribution of main and premium offering fertilizer products. In order to streamline the organization, prepare for growth and further strengthen our commercial activities in Poland and East Europe, we would like to extend our sales team by new hire.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Yara products to professional growers of all sizes. As a member of our sales team, you will manage all sales functions for your assigned territories to ensure business growth.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Responsible for the sales of Cash Crops products for horticulture
  • Acquire new customers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers
  • Demonstrate selling skills and product knowledge
  • Provide feedback to the company on the development of new products to meet customer’s needs
  • Provide marketing department necessary feedback to meet market needs
  • Coordinate special events (fairs, seminars).
  • Operate within approved expense plan

PROFILE

  • 3 years Horticultural sales experience
  • Horticultural education (university grade)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong drive for results and customer focus
  • Available to travel on a regular basis
  • Good computer knowledge and competent with Microsoft Office
  • Good English, Polish native.
