Sales Representative

Company:  Due to dynamic growth on Polish market, international leader on dental market looks for a sales representative to join the team.  Candidate selected will be responsible for clients in his or her zone.

Job objective:

  • Maintain contact and develop current and new clients in the market area through proactive marketing, visits and support provided to ensure high level of Client’s Satisfaction.                                                                      
  • Sales promotion and market analysis, monitoring and reporting on market and competitor activities.                                                                                              
  • Represent the company, especially at relevant national congresses, courses, international trades shows, conferences and meetings.                                                     
  • Customer service:  technical support to clients, order processing and follow up, deposits, non-conformities, etc.                                                                                                     
  • Report to Sales Manager on regular basis and on demand.
  • Achieve the set sales targets.

Tasks:

  • Visit customer on daily basis to look for information, sales, follow up, and check on the achievement of contractual commitments with the client.
  • Search for information in regards to the market situation, competitors, economic situation, etc., and reports to Management.
  • Classifies and identifies the clients of his/her assigned working area.
  • Review the customer file and contact report, prepare sales negotiation, and set sales objectives.
  • During the visit: present the company and its catalogue of products according to company’ policy, find out clients’ real needs, problems and propose solutions, update information about a client and negotiate sales conditions (prior consult with Sales Manager for any special condition to be offered to a client).
  • Use all information collected and report the visit to a superior.                                                             
  • Obtain the most accurate knowledge from the training and promotional material given in order to advise correctly the customer.
  • Constantly update his/her knowledge about the products and their development.
  • Introduce the customers' information into their files and keep databases up-dated with the customers contact data and information.
  • Report the Country Manager and Sales Manager all the information concerning the offers made and orders collected.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within his/her assigned territory and sends them to the Country Manager and Sales Manager every week.
  • Follows up payment collection of his/her customers.
  • Participates and contributes to the development of educational programs offered to clients, prospects and company employees.
  • Prepare the plan of visit and submit it to the Country Manager and Sales Manager.
