Your responsibilities

  • Working on our Deliveroo account, you’ll be responsible for managing it’s high performing sales function, generating new business for one of our most exciting and fast-growing clients. You’ll be instrumental in selling Deliveroo’s products to other businesses, helping them expand their list of partner restaurants and offer customers even wider choice.

  • Ensure quality team members are recruited and ensure the correct learning and development processes are in place with support of the HR and Trainer colleagues

  • Ability to coach and develop a sales team of varying levels of experience supporting team members through regular 1:1 so customer KPIs are met through team member contribution

  • Find, nurture and win new business overseeing the client pipeline ensuring effective reporting and MI is available

  • Represent the Deliveroo Sales Team internally within Capita Poland.

  • Proven knowledge of how to motivate sales teams to achieve

Our requirements

  • English at a C1-level is a must. C1 in Italian or French or Dutch is also required.

  • Commercial experience of 2 – 3 years

  • 6-month experience as a Sales Team Lead

  • Very good analytical and critical thinking with experience in sales pipeline management and optimisation

  • Good knowledge of MS Office and reporting processes to provide accurate MI on team performance and targets
