Operating sales and providing technical advice on products and technologies offered by Sherwin- Williams
Develops contacts and relationships with new and existing customers to sell products, introduce new or alternative product lines, and grow sales in alignment with the guidelines provided by the competent Sales Manager.
Communicate extended product knowledge
Supervising the technology of product usage - implementation and tests at the customer’s premises.
Research, analyses and reports on industry trends and data that impact business' volume, margin and market share.
Manage the development of customers by attending industry trade shows and developing business networking.
Manage the execution of multiple sales and related business strategies by streamlining programs and coordinating activities.
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Paint Technology or similar or extensive experiences in the application and usage of liquid coatings
Previous experiences in providing technical services or sales for liquid coatings
Proven track record in generating opportunities and closing new business
Experiences in establishing robust pricing strategies that meet market needs and optimize product margins and profitability.
Valid driver’s license
Strong Communication skills in Polish & English
Willingsness to travel domestically (70% of time)

The Sales Representative Technical Services Liquid Coatings supports customers based in Poland through providing technical advice on products and technologies offered by Sherwin-Williams. The purpose of this role is to achieve targeted sales objectives and profits, as well as develop profitable business with new and existing customers through building a sustainable & mutual relationship.
