Sales Representative

Main responsibilities:

  • Performing outbound calls to resellers in Sweden/Norway to develop sales opportunities;
  • Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued;
  • Building lasting relationships with clients and other team members based on trust and reliability;
  • Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information;
  • Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs;
  • Making follow-ups with customers in order to provide the best customer service;
  • Following department guidelines, company’s policies and procedures ;
  • Maintaining notes in appropriate systems;
  • Work efficiently in an international environment;
  • Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.


  • At least 1 year of working experience in Sales;
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and one of: Norwegian, Swedish, French.
  • Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice;
  • Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situation;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office;
  • High level of customer focus and strong customer support commitment;
  • Time management and organizational skills;
  • Good interpersonal and social skills;
  • Good adaptability and flexibility skills;
  • IT knowledge/Channel knowledge is preferable.
