Your responsibilities

  • Conducting sales appointments/calls/email correspondence with potential clients

  • Identifying needs and value propositions to potential clients

  • Cooperation with the delivery team in order to acquire details for the sales offer including time & cost estimation, team structure etc.

  • Preparing sales offers and doing presentations to the potential clients

  • Negotiating, preparing, processing and finalizing sales contracts

  • Maintaining relationships with the clients for new sales opportunities

  • Attending FinTech conferences, events and meetups worldwide - online & offline

  • Working on Zendesk Sell CRM tool and collecting data needed to sales KPIs (KPIs are important in our organization, however we pay primary attention to the clients needs first and how we can provide the solution)

  • Attending internal sales meetings

Our requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)

  • Natural soft skills - openness to people, optimistic approach, positive attitude, a problem-solver and a good and real listener

  • Ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients based on a deep understanding of the clients’ needs and providing them a real value

  • Team working attitude

  • Minimum 1 year inbound B2B sales experience

  • IT sales experience is a great plus
