Your role:
For one of our sales units in Sii Warsaw, we are looking for a talented Sales Person who will help us to take the unit to the next level. You will be responsible for cooperation both with our customers and candidates in the field of delivering Sii IT & BPO services, mainly in the retail, e-commerce, and fintech sector. If you have a strong focus on efficiency, determination, and persistence to develop business opportunities - join us!
Your tasks:
- Being responsible for organizing and conducting sales process, including meetings with customers, preparation of offers and presentations, and coordination of contracts
- Cooperating with Recruitment Department in terms of searching for the best candidates
- Maintaining professional contact with candidates and building good relationships with them
- Responsible for account management and development to maximize account revenue and achieve sales targets
- Acting in accordance with the mission, main goals, and key values of Sii
- Establish professional relationships with existing customers and prospect accounts, lead meetings and negotiations to pursue business opportunities
Your skills:
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Sales or recruitment positions (preferably in the IT sector)
- A dynamic personality with a strong result-oriented approach, high level of commitment
- Experience in preparation of commercial offers and sales presentations
- Attitude for building trust and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
- Openness, excellent communication skills
- Professional approach to work, a strong sense of responsibility for the customer
- Very good English skills (minimum B2)
