Your responsibilities
- Active selling and promoting company’s products by phone to existing customers from French market
- Being responsible for phone and e-mail communication with existing customers
- Confirming orders from the customers and upgrading their value
- Cooperating closely with Back Office Team in solving incoming inquiries of clients
Our requirements
- Very good command of French (native or close to native)
- Very good command of English
- Ability to work at least 20 hours a week (for students) or 30 (for non-students) and attending a 5 days paid online training
- Self-confidence and great communication skills
- Experience in a position related to the sales and customer services is always appreciated
