Your responsibilities
Active selling and promoting company’s products by phone to existing customers from French market
Being responsible for phone and e-mail communication with existing customers
Confirming orders from the customers and upgrading the value of the order made by our customers
Cooperating closely with Back Office Team in solving incoming inquires of clients
Our requirements
Excellent command of French (native or close to native)
Good English or Polish language
Ability to work 40 hours a week and attending a 5 days paid training via Skype
Self-confidence and great communication skills
Experience in a position related to the sales and customer services is always appreciated
