The Antal SSC & BPO team specializes in providing recruitment services for shared services and outsourcing centres. Its projects involve searching for candidates to fill positions that require advanced technical or managerial skills, as well as high-volume recruitment associated with creating new structures or new teams within a short timeframe. The Antal SSC & BPO division consists of sections specializing in the following disciplines: Finance & Accountancy, Banking Operations, Payroll/HR, Legal Operations, Customer Service/IT Helpdesk, Purchasing, Supply Chain.

    IT Client Advisor

    Location: Wrocław


    • Contribute to company’s growth on the information technology market by generating business opportunities with prospective and existing clients,
    • Work with various lead sources: inbound calls, tickets, contact form enquiries, promotional campaigns, events follow up etc,
    • Help clients identify additional needs,
    • Identify and overcome sales hurdles,
    • Identify the right product in order to meet customer needs,
    • Convert potential prospects into company’s customers,
    • Manage a pipeline of business opportunities and add them to our customer system (database),
    • Building company’s brand on the market while providing outstanding customer service.
    • We have opened vacancies for junior and senior roles, therefore we accept both junior and experienced in sales or custommer service or IT,
    • Interest in continuing career on a role focused on interaction with interesting people: customers from Italy, Spain or Germany as well as collegues from international teams,
    • Adventurous nature and sales mindset,
    • Interest in IT products or willingness to learn it,
    • Excellent communications skills both written and verbal,
    • Customer orientation and technical acumen,
    • Being able to identify Customers’ needs,
    • Rigorous, autonomous, resourceful, organized and proactive,
    • Advanced level of Italian or Spanish or German and at least communicative level of English (Polish is not required).
