Your role:

As a Sales Support Assistant, you'll join the Sales Support Team as a part of HQ structures. This department supports Sales in processes, procedural and system areas.

  • Keep up to date and ensure high quality of internal procedures and documents
  • Support communication management in the process of change implementation
  • Prepare statistics, statements, summaries, reports, and presentations for internal use
  • Test new functionalities before their production
  • Monitor the quality of data entered in the systems and take steps to improve it
  • Monitor the up to date information on the Department Team Site
  • Organize trainings and internal meetings aiming at knowledge sharing and improving skills related to the use of systems
  • Onboard new people in a particular department concerning business processes
  • Provide support for workers, answer questions, resolve problems, help in finding and preparing documents
  • Database management, including technical skills dictionary management, the list of certificates, etc.
  • Assist in the preparation or prepare internal/department’s newsletters
  • Manage licenses for Sales Navigator
Your skills:
  • Very good knowledge of the principles of Polish language and text editing
  • Fluent English (minimum B2 level)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office or other text or data editors
  • Ability to prepare and make presentations and conduct meetings with high-level managers
  • Creativity and ability to think conceptually, generate new, non-standard ideas and solutions
  • Strong analytical and reasoning skills, ability to draw conclusions and make feasible recommendations
  • Ability to work under time pressure, plan and organize own work, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Business understanding and having a pro-client attitude (for external as well as internal clients)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
