Sales support coordinator is responsible for assisting the sales team/customers in area Germany, Austria and Switzerland in selling goods and services, preparing a range of offers for the customers with the sense of urgency and being able to prioritize obligations and deadlines. In addition being able to resolve administrative and professional tasks according to management`s demand.
Excellent communication skills (written/verbal) in German (B2/C1) and English (B1/B2)
Both an ability to work in team and being able to work independently
Creating/generating a range of offers for the customers and additional business tasks
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
Filling important documents and communicating relevant information
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
Solid computer skills, Microsoft package, including an experience with Google engine in search of resolution on one`s own pace
Knowledge of Sales Force will be considered as an advantage
Being able to create effective working relationships with customers and providing a sufficient support
Attend weekly team calls/meetings both internal and external
Complete required trainings, fulfill cycled working applications on Manager`s demand (Omnis/Rota..)
Have a clue about software and hardware appliances
Maintain general knowledge of company policies and procedures as well as any changes

The candidate for the current position should have a strong background in supporting German-speaking customers, working with sales staff across multiple locations (Germany, Austria and the Swiss) and should possess the following core attributes:
Fluent German/English (written/verbal)
Strong communicative skills

Strong attention to detail
Aptitude for data analysis
Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office software suite, including Excel and Outlook
Good interpersonal skills and experience of dealing directly with internal and external customers on the phone/computer appliances
