Your responsibilities

  • Excellent communication skills (written/verbal) in German (B2/C1) and English (B1/B2)
  • Both an ability to work in team and being able to work independently
  • Creating/generating a range of offers for the customers and additional business tasks
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Filling important documents and communicating relevant information
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
  • Solid computer skills, Microsoft package, including an experience with Google engine in search of resolution on one`s own pace
  • Knowledge of Sales Force will be considered as an advantage
  • Being able to create effective working relationships with customers and providing a sufficient support
  • Attend weekly team calls/meetings both internal and external
  • Complete required trainings, fulfill cycled working applications on Manager`s demand (Omnis/Rota..)
  • Have a clue about software and hardware appliances
  • Business awareness
  • Maintain general knowledge of company policies and procedures as well as any changes

  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office software suite, including Excel and Outlook

  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to take the initiative
  • Flexible approach to working, good time management
  • Calm and clear-minded under pressure/ stress-resistant
