The Technical Sales Support Coordinator is dedicated to deliver sales support with all actions aiming in enabling relevant business operations, working closely with sales and account teams and management
Creation of standard and non-standard configuration – optional (depending on project assignment)
Recording and processing orders for equipment/software or configuration for sales teams and customers
Creating sales offers
Ensuring that all orders are being handled according to the process
Gaining and maintaining technical expertise for all products supported
Preparing accurate and timely responses to requests received
Managing current documentation
Operating on sales support systems
Communicating with sales representatives
Ability to create effective working relationships with customers, Fujitsu sales, service and project management stakeholders
Customer and business orientation
Fluency in English and German is a must
Experience in IT support or proven technical skills will be an asset (hardware/software knowledge depending on project assignment)
Understanding the sales cycle and experience in working with sales staff will be an asset
Very good communication skills (written and verbal) in both English and German
