Sales Support Junior Specialist - a paid internship

Your responsibilities

  • Answering and screening internal and external phone calls and emails; handling of general customer enquiries and orders

  • Processing of requests for certificates and SDS for products

  • Keep records of customer contracts and protocols; care of company documentation

  • Logistics support

  • Travel management and taking care of the company's guests and new joiners, as well as social and conference rooms for daily use and meetings

  • Purchase and distribution of office supplies, stamps, business cards, gadgets, workwear, press, sanity and cleaning products

  • Supervision and control of the service companies (cleaning company, air conditioning service company, electrician, security company etc.)

  • Handling, receipt and distribution of mail and deliveries; distribution of invoices

  • Prepares expense reports and cooperation with business partners

  • Support in the preparation of conferences, events and promotional campaigns as well as distribution of related materials

  • Liaising with other departments on administrative matters of mutual importance

  • Assistance to managers

Our requirements

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent job experience; college degree preferred but not required

  • Demonstrable administrative or sales support expertise will be a plus

  • Computer skill and aptitude to operate a variety of computer software programs and systems is required

  • Experience with sales industry software like client relationship management (CRM) systems, or similar preferred but not required

  • Good English oral and written communication skills

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and a proactive approach toward problem-solving.

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Display ability to be a strong team player
