We are hiring for one of our Client's businesses that decided to create a brand new Customer Experience Support Centre in Gdańsk.

We are hiring a new back office team where one of the key roles is administration specialist, who supports managers in administration of service sales.

- processing invoices and orders in SAP
- changing master data in the system (on request)
- responsibility of incoming and outgoing emails, letters, and parcels
- organizing trainings, issuing certificates
- contract coordination and review (handover, PO - Purchase Order, inquiry, correspondence)
- purchase and distribute office materials (if needed)
what we expect
- fluency in English (B2/C1)
- proficiency in Dutch (B1/B2)
- relevant job experience
- high attention to details
- affinity with database quality (SAP system)
- ability to work independently, organize work accordingly
- openness to working with multiple departments
