Twój zakres obowiązków
as our training expert for our VAN GRAAF stores in Poland, you are training our colleagues in a diverse range of sales related topics
our trainings range from classic topics like how to approach our customers, assess their needs, use body language and current fashion trends; we also offer soft skill based trainings like the use of positive language and individual concepts tailored to our stores and teams
you will be part of our successful onboarding process for new employees in the stores
you will be working cross-countries with your international colleagues on creating new training concepts and based on the current needs you might be travelling to other locations to support your team
you are in close contact with our employees and leaders, which is how you will assess future training needs; after assessing the needs, you will be translating them into training nuggets
as our trainer will be supporting our employees‘ development through group and 1:1 trainings and coachings
Nasze wymagania
you have an education as a trainer or a similar field and experiences as a (sales) trainer
you bring a strong fundament of training knowledge and learning methods; you are able to translate creative ideas into structured concepts
ideally, you have worked in fashion retail or a passion for fashion, brands and lifestyle
you are open, present and confident in facilitating trainings and leading conversations
you are fluent in English; speaking German is a plus
as the sales trainer you are enjoying the time at our stores and on our sales floors; you will create concepts in your home office and report to our Head of HR Development & Training, located in Hamburg, Germany
