For our Scandinavian Client, an international company operating in the field of software and modern technologies, with offices also in Poland, we are currently looking for candidates for the position of:

Salesforce Administrator - region EMEA

Your responsibilities

  • Administration of business systems for sales in the EMEA region in cooperation with administrators and management of the EMEA region;

  • Understanding and configuration of business systems and their technical capabilities - Salesforce, Pardot, Oracle CPQ;

  • Support for system updates - testing, maintenance of patches, implementation of changes;

  • Providing first-line user support - granting user access, troubleshooting, providing training, updating and closing accounts;

  • Advising on international projects on the use of Salesforce opportunities and best practices to transform business (processes) into the Salesforce platform;

  • Reporting to sales and management;

  • Conducting analysis, evaluation and improvement of system procedures and processes;

  • Close cooperation with the supervisor in the implementation of new / specific projects;

  • Possible business trips in the EMEA region.

Employer requirements

  • Experience in a similar position (at least 2 years);

  • Having a Salesforce Administrator certificate;

  • Experience in providing support and training for system users;

  • Strong technical background in the field of the CRM system;

  • Ability to develop documentation in the field of system procedures;

  • English language that allows for easy communication, knowledge of another language is welcome;

  • The ability to convey technological issues in such a way that they are understood by the recipient / layman;

  • Communicativeness, the ability to work in a team, building strong relationships with people, conscientiousness, very good organization;

  • Commitment to assigned duties and showing own initiative;
