Your responsibilities

  • Develops detailed program specifications and programs for these components

  • Develops and tests interfaces between software products and products of other vendors

  • Creates and tests modules and components for compliance to design specifications

  • Participates in design and code reviews, addresses findings

  • Refine user stories and deliver within sprints with effective project documentation

  • Interact with business users and translate business needs into solutions

  • Keeps abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements when appropriate

  • Develop and maintain custom reports/dashboards, and assist users in creating them.

  • Troubleshooting User issues, maintaining user Roles and Profiles, Security settings, Access settings etc.

Our requirements

  • Fluent in English

  • Around 3 years of Salesforce experience

  • Sales Cloud Consultant certification

  • Previous experience as a Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce App Builder

  • Strong experience with the Salesforce Lightning interface

  • Salesforce configuration knowledge is a must (Fields, Page-layouts, Record-types, Validation rules, Workflow rules, Process Builder, Flows, etc.)

  • Experience in customization, configuration, Apex, Triggers and Lightning components and tools like Apex Data loader, Workbench.

  • Understanding on end to end sales and Service Processes is required.

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite with a focus on Microsoft Excel

  • Background in system governance;

  • Proven record of working in an Agile environment

  • Organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple project requests, solve problems and prioritize workload


  • Pardot knowledge/experience is nice to have.

  • Previous experience as a Salesforce Platform Developer is nice to have
