Develops detailed program specifications and programs for these components
Develops and tests interfaces between software products and products of other vendors
Creates and tests modules and components for compliance to design specifications
Participates in design and code reviews, addresses findings
Refine user stories and deliver within sprints with effective project documentation
Interact with business users and translate business needs into solutions
Keeps abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements when appropriate
Develop and maintain custom reports/dashboards, and assist users in creating them.
Troubleshooting User issues, maintaining user Roles and Profiles, Security settings, Access settings etc.
Fluent in English
Around 3 years of Salesforce experience
Sales Cloud Consultant certification
Previous experience as a Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce App Builder
Strong experience with the Salesforce Lightning interface
Salesforce configuration knowledge is a must (Fields, Page-layouts, Record-types, Validation rules, Workflow rules, Process Builder, Flows, etc.)
Experience in customization, configuration, Apex, Triggers and Lightning components and tools like Apex Data loader, Workbench.
Understanding on end to end sales and Service Processes is required.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite with a focus on Microsoft Excel
Background in system governance;
Proven record of working in an Agile environment
Organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple project requests, solve problems and prioritize workload
Pardot knowledge/experience is nice to have.
Previous experience as a Salesforce Platform Developer is nice to have
