Your responsibilities
At the Salesforce Admin path, you will gain knowledge about Salesforce.com platform and the Salesforce Revenue Cloud module.
The first part of the Laboratory will be focused on Salesforce.com platform, you’ll learn how the platform is built, what standard functionalities are available, and how to use them. Next, you will get acquainted with the CPQ application, which is part of Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
Thanks to technical knowledge and practical experience, you’ll be able to implement Salesforce configurations to support clients’ teams with complex business automatizations, complicated product structures, or own price calculation algorithms.
As the participant, you will receive the necessary level of knowledge and practical experience that will enable them to begin building a successful career in IT. The program focuses on the most useful and practical information for starting out in SalesForce and performing efficient work on real projects.

Duration: 3 months
Frequency: minimum three meetings with mentor per week
Meeting hours: to be agreed between the mentee and the mentor
Estimated time engagement: around 32 hours a week

The selection stage consist of:
English Test - you can find the test in your profile. Please fill it in within 1-2 days after you register
Resume screening - сheck of the candidate's compliance with the requirements of the program
Interview with recruiter - for selected candidates - phone call
Technical interview - candidates with applicable results of previous selection stages - remotely on MS Teams
The formal condition for obtaining employment after the program is the candidate's access to the Polish labor market in the scope enabling employment at EPAM Systems (Poland) Sp. z o.o.. That is why we invite candidates with free/legalized access to the Polish labor market.
Considering the limited number of slots for this training, the order of application and the assessment results will be decisive factors in being enrolled.
