About the project

Do you have strong technical skills and a passion for CRM and project management? We are looking for a passionate and driven individual with a great eye for detail who has a passion for CRM and project management to help the team achieve its tactical objectives.

Key area of responsibility includes the management of the regional CRM system (SalesForce.com), enabling key business intelligence to be analyzed and utilized in support of commercial decisions, activities and sales growth.

Your responsibilities

  • CRM implemenation by understand and collect internal business requirements and work together with the Global CRM team to design the best solution possible in the Global Salesforce platform

  • Driving the acceptance and adoption of the CRM in the region (Poland and CEE countries)

  • Providing CRM functionality and process training to all new sales representatives across the region

  • Maintaining CRM system by regular updates (new users, territory changes, etc..)

  • Assisting with input of sales information into the CRM system and with regular data quality check

  • Providing CRM System administration to all sales teams across the region

  • Collaboration with the Global CRM Team and escalate request of support when needed

  • Carring out CRM system customization reports related to general sales, local promotions, focus products, new customers and history of existing accounts to enhance sales force effectiveness

Our requirements

  • Fluent in English both verbal and written (must have), second or third language would be second or third language would be an advantage

  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and presentation

  • Excellent project management, planning and implementation skills

  • Professional with proven ability to build appropriate relationships with internal and external key stakeholders

  • Self-motivated, conscientious with a desire to exceed

  • Displays initiative and enthusiasm

  • Confident and articulate

  • Advanced Computer skills – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, CRM (SalesForce.com)

  • Demonstrated record of effective collaboration with field sales

  • Requirements:

  • Successful track record of working with databases in the support of sales and marketing activities

  • Experience in CRM configuration and data analysis (Salesforce.com)

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail

  • Proven communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a cross-functional team and communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization

  • Multi-tasking, high energy, resourcefulness

  • Flexibility and ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced work environment

  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly attitude

  • Degree or relevant experience in business, marketing and sales will be advantage

  • Excellent experience of analyzing market and business intelligence and proposing solutions to enable business growth

  • Expose to successfully work across various countries within the region with the ability to adapt communication style of meet local needs and culture

  • Previous experience in a similar role
