About the project

The SAP AMS Manager will lead the general ticket management within the SAP environment including BW.

Your responsibilities

  • Monitor & check the daily ticket lifecycle

  • Ensure fulfilment of SLA & KPI measures, identify breaches and discuss improvements with the Lead Operations per team

  • Analyze regular returning problems/patterns and discuss mitigations with the teams

  • Responsible for weekly/monthly reportings to stakeholders incl. sufficient KPIs

  • Collaborate with BRM/BPM team in customer tracking to test & close tickets & changes

  • Collaborate and discuss with the SAP training team / BPM team improvements in the area of Problem Management for structured user trainings in various processes

  • Identify insufficient patterns and behavior in ticket creations which result in poor quality of customer requirements and discuss improvements with BPM/BRM/key user to improve

  • Drive and support improvements in Cherwell handling and automation for SAP

  • Support in requirement analyses for Cherwell improvements e.g. workflows

Our requirements

  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English. Other languages are an advantage

  • Experience in SAP ECC

  • Clear and strong communication skills through a variety of channels and to various stakeholder groups

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, solution oriented

  • Knowledge of industry business processes (e.g. Logistics, Sales, Finance, etc.)

  • Independence and self-motivation, teamwork and customer orientation

  • Awareness of cultural differences and ability to handle them sensitively
