Your responsibilities
Responsibility for authorization problem resolution and communication
Take initiative particularly in authorization processing and system errors
Document the reporting, investigation and outcome of all problems reported for agreed partners
Ensure that required data is available for use by those carrying out investigations and ensuring that actions are correct
Evaluate (in the first instance) the impact of defects and problems
Keep relevant stakeholders (internal and external) informed of status of SAP authorization initiatives, by direct or delegated production of reports
Verify that agreed actions relating to problem investigation and clearance, are taken within the agreed timescales
Handle authorization role creation for new locations or organizational changes
Our requirements
At least 1 year of experience in the similar role
University degree in IT would be a plus
SAP knowledge in the modules ERP authorization
SAP authorization knowledge in other products like CRM, SRM, Portal, PLM or GRC are beneficial but not a must
Fluent in English
Good analytical and fast learning skills
Good communication skills
Ability to manage time, independent work planning
Sincere interest in the SAP system
