Your responsibilities
Managing Qlik Sense, Qlik View and PowerBI report incidents on 1st/2nd/3rd Level Support.
Working on development of reports and self-service dashboards.
Coordination of Email-Report Distribution (Monitor, Update, Set-up).
Support for end-user tools (like Qlik, PowerBI, SAP Analysis for Office).
Training of Business Key Users.
Tight and active communication with international DABI Teams.
Our requirements
At least 3 years of IT consulting experience.
Proven expertise in QlikView, QlikSense and PowerBI.
SAP BI knowledge will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of ITIL procedures, in particular processes in incident management.
Fluent English.
Strong customer service orientation.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

In your role and as a member of the team you will have the opportunity not only to address a wide range of global Data Analytics and BI Support requirements but also to influence the definition of processes and company standards in this area.
The main goal of this position will be the responsibility of support activities, managing BI Operations together with the team located in Krakow and managing them independently.
