Your responsibilities

  • Involved in the implementation and roll-outs of Invoicetrack solution (a tool for vendor invoice management)

  • Ensure the transformation of the business requirements to product requirements

  • Consults customers based on internal finance guidelines

  • Drives the definition and implementation of designed solutions

  • Cooperates with other ERP teams on the integration of the tool

  • Good current knowledge of legal compliance issues

  • Implements Bosch IT standards in everyday work

  • Execution and documentations of the tests

Our requirements

  • Functional experience with SAP FI (solution development, change

  • request management, end user support and training) – with a focus on the AP module

  • Knowledge of SAP FI modules configuration and requirements gathering

  • Requirement management experience

  • Experience in the implementation/integration of various accounts payable tools (VIM, Invoice Manager etc.)

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to address and resolve technical issues

  • Self-organization, structured, responsible and goal-oriented, communicative

  • Ability to present results and communicate within the team

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience working in the Agile method

  • Very good written and spoken English

  • Practical knowledge of German will be an asset
