Your responsibilities
Active participating in Logistics’ projects & process definition
Analyzing development requests from business units Key Users, providing proposal of solutions in cooperation with external system developers
Designing new reports in Warehouse Management Systems and in SAP following business users needs
Providing IT system trainings for business users
Implementing / Configuration and Testing in the System of new Logistic solutions
Implementing Logistic solutions for automation
Identifying optimization opportunities concerning supervised applications
Defining and Monitoring Archiving procedures
Managing IT Backlog with Key Users
Providing responses/ solutions to service desk issues as a second line of support
Our requirements
Retail and Logistics applications processes knowledge is a must
EWM (SAP Extended Warehouse Management) knowledge and operational experience is a must (Functional & Configuration in SAP EWM)
Project Management methodology knowledge is desirable
Experience in managing interfaces between systems or system integration
Bachelor degree level in Computer Science or related field
3-5 years of proven experience in IT Logistics’ projects (development/ Configuration, quality assurance and support)
Experience in team management
Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions
Experience in designing and executing testing / quality assurance
Analytical and problem solving skills
Effective verbal, presentation and communications skills – advanced English is a must
Ability to effectively prioritize and perform tasks in a high-pressure environment
