SAP GRC Junior Specialist?

Job Description:

  • Acts as SAP GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) internal consultant for Deutsche Telekom group, as a member of the unique SAP GRC Competence Center
  • Is responsible for the ongoing support, operational maintenance, implementation of changes and incidents management (2nd and 3rd level support) with regard to SAP GRC Access Control (modules: ARA, ARM, BRM, EAM), Process Control and Risk Management (v12)
  • Participates in major developments and projects performed in SAP GRC & SAP authorizations area, coordinated by more senior colleagues
  • Proactively identifies areas of improvement
  • Carries out trainings for end-users
  • Contributes to internal SAP GRC knowledge base, including development of training materials, methods, and tools


  • Some experience in SAP GRC software components like Access Control (ARA, ARM, BRM, EAM), Process Control and/or Risk Management
  • Knowledge of business processes in SAP ERP and non-SAP environments
  • Willingness to gain comprehensive knowledge about SAP GRC technology, new GRC solutions, current trends, etc.
  • Experience and good knowledge in SAP security, access management, compliance & authorizations areas would be an advantage
  • Basics concerning IT operations/maintenance and IT service management (ITIL)
  • Understanding of complete processes (beyond direct area of expertise) and multi-layer dependencies
  • Good team player with excellent communication & presentation skills and with proven skills in collaboration in non-hierarchical, international and cross-functional teams
  • Good customer handling experience, ability for user support & training
  • Self-assured behavior and ability to work under pressure
  • Delivery oriented
  • Structured working methods
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Good German would be an advantage
  • Willingness to travel
