Your responsibilities

  • Supports the overall global payroll processes including payroll processing, posting to FI etc. from an IT standpoint. First point of contact for all Integration topics with the global ERP system from the global HR system

  • Supports Mini master / ALE data distribution and other Interfaces by supporting the existing solution and provide customizing support as needed both to the template as well as one-of changes as needed

  • Conducting regional data migration analyses from a Payroll perspective – year to date accumulators, Taxes, Income and deductions etc. depending on the country

  • Assessing implementation details & identifying touchpoints on regional requirements with the overall template rollout solution

  • Provide supervisory support to regional data management processes in support of local/site(s) data strategy based on regional team(s) data plans, ensuring integrity of processes and data

  • Cooperate and support the sites / local and global HR teams / local and global MORE domains (Data Management, FI/CO, etc.)

  • Coordinate external consultants and proposed process (Mapping rules, analysis, test) / Coordinates project activities (analysis, preparation, implementation, tests)

  • Coordinates and supports functional / technical requirements and GAP‘s Supporting preparation and execution of I-Tests and Go Live

  • Analyze SAP LCP/Notes to see what changes are being proposed and provide guidance to the various stake holders on changes to processes and testing

  • Liaise with the various regional IT and HR/Payroll support members and provide guidance around legal and other changes as required

Our requirements

  • General knowledge in HR/payroll processes

  • Knowledge of SAP HCM processes, customizing, developments

  • Customizing and development skills (Payroll, Posting, ALE, Interfaces)

  • Deep knowledge of (cross-functional aspects of) customizing /developments

  • Deep understanding of HR Master data from an Integration point of view with ERP

  • Knowledge and understanding of Payroll accruals and liabilities in terms of Finance

  • Deep project management knowhow

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Fluency in English
