Currently we are looking for a person on the position of:

SAP HR Consultant – AIF
(Adobe Interactive Forms) or ESS / MSS or Payroll

Location: Anywhere in Poland

 

Language required: German

 

The primary focus of these positions is to support the application for the customer by providing resolutions to incidents, service requests, and change requests.
Familiarity with service now and solution manager to carry out support activities would be an added advantage.
Has worked under pressure in handling a steady load of issues while simultaneously meeting the agreed on Service Level Agreements 

 

Required Skills for AIF:

  • Responsible for supporting production issues, changes, enhancements related to Adobe Interactive Forms design.
  • 4-6 years of AIF (Adobe Interactive Forms) experience in German language.
  • Should have strong technical knowledge of AIF and its related workflow processes in HR.
  • Should be able to create, change, AIF forms with end to end responsibility for business process.
  • Must be able to create test data, test the scenarios based on business requirement and prepare complete functional / technical, test documentation for each requirement.
  • Should have experience in working with business for new enhancements and provide appropriate solution with consideration to existing design.

Required Skills for ESS/MSS:

  • In depth knowledge in supporting ESS/MSS processes with related functional and technical aspects in SAP HR.
  • 4-6 years of work experience in SAP HR ESS/MSS configuration, testing, preparing test documents with business case, and participation in business meeting for new enhancements.
  • Experience in close association with business for proactive identification of system issues and early resolution.
  • Able to evaluate SAP OSS notes for preparing impact analysis during the year-end activities including analysing the legal changes related to country specific time management processes. 
  • Should have worked in complex business process understanding with ability to provide complete analysis and solution to meet with customer expectation.

Required Skills for Payroll:

  • In depth knowledge in supporting OM/PA, Time, cross-functional integration processes along with specialization in SAP Standard Germany Payroll process.
  • Experience in close association with business for proactive identification of system issues and early resolution.
  • Must have 4-6 years of experience in working for supporting end to end Germany Payroll activities.
  • Experience in configuration, testing, preparing test documents with business scenarios, and communication with business for providing solution.
  • Able to evaluate SAP OSS notes for preparing impact analysis during the year-end activities including analysing the legal changes related to German Payroll.
  • Should have worked in complex highly customised process environment understanding with ability to provide complete analysis and solution to meet with customer expectation.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills in German and English, strong interpersonal, leadership, and teambuilding skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities, communicate task status clearly and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to travel to customer sites is must.
